Delivery varies based on the size of your product. Larger products like cat scratch poles may take longer. Delivery is typically 7-10 days but may be sooner for metro areas. Some products on site, in particular the pet technology products, may take up to 1 month to arrive as they are coming from overseas.

After we take your order you will receive an email with an order summary. After this your order will be picked and packed and sent to you. Your order may come in more than one parcel in order to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Payment happens at the time you place the order so you are not issued an invoice. You will receive a payment summary that contains the details of your order.
